Offset might be different but drift usually happens on both or neither. Otherwise n it's technically out for local recordings to be out of sync but streams in sync especially if there's drift over time. It's not clear how you're testing sync on local recordings but it does make a difference as media players keep sync but NLEs will not because Wirecast records variable frame rate.
